As a full service coil coater, Metal Coaters® offers a complete line of coating finishes including polyesters, silicone modified polyesters (SMP), Fluorocarbons (PVDF) and plastisols (PVC). Coatings are available for interior or exterior and for warranted or non-warranted applications.
Slitting and Embossing:
Metal Coaters® also offers expert slitting and embossing services to complement our metal coil coating capabilities. These processes are performed on separate dedicated production lines, which are devoted to the processing of pre-painted steel.
Conversion from Post-Paint to Pre-Paint:
Metal Coaters® and Metal Prep® specialize in the conversion of manufacturers from inefficient post-painted processes to the use of highly efficient pre-painted steel.
Our team of highly trained supply experts works with customers to design and develop coating systems that meet our customers’ exact requirements for their production process. This conversion saves the customer a substantial amount of capital by reducing or eliminating work-in-progress inventories, warehouse space, material handling processes, environmental concerns and insurance costs.
